Police say a driver flipped her SUV while she was reaching for her cigarettes on I-93 Saturday morning in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Angela Sullivan of Derry was driving when the 1998 GMC Jimmy flipped over at Exit 6 around 7 a.m. Police say she lost control after spilling her coffee while trying to grab the cigarettes, hitting the exit sign, going down an embankment and rolling the vehicle over.
The driver was taken to Elliot Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Her passenger, Stephen Sullivan, refused treatment at the scene.
When police arrived, citizens on the road, including several nurses, were aiding the Sullivans.
