Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, have arrested a man they say caused a three-vehicle crash and fled the scene.
Officers responded to the crash at the intersection of Orange and Beech streets around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
They say Norman Johonnett was spotted running from the scene, taking off various pieces of clothing. He was then placed under arrested.
Police say Johonnett failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into a minivan, which then crashed into a parked truck.
Two of the occupants of the van were taken to a local hospital for concussion-like symptoms.
Johonnett was charged with falsifying physical evidence and conduct after an accident, as well as operating without a valid license and traffic control devices.
He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 30.
