Police in Raymond, New Hampshire, arrested a man they say kicked a victim in the face early Sunday morning.
Thirty-three-year-old Nicholas Greenwood is charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime following the incident at the Branch River Apartments, where he lives.
Raymond Police officers and K-9 units searched for Greenwood, who was on parole and had, allegedly, said that he was "not going easy."
The victim was taken to a hospital with possible serious injuries.
Greenwood is being held on cash bail.
