A second man wanted for his alleged role in the stabbing death of the brother of a Rhode Island Supreme Court justice has been arrested.
Pawtucket police said Friday that 22-year-old Rolando Brooks, of Taunton, Massachusetts, faces charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy.
Police say 21-year-old Matthew Marcotte stabbed 53-year-old William McKenna outside a convenience store in Pawtucket on Feb. 10.
Marcotte was arrested two days later and charged with murder.
Police say Brooks punched McKenna when he left the convenience store before Marcotte stabbed him. Brooks was arrested in Central Falls on Thursday.
McKenna was the younger brother of Supreme Court Justice Maureen McKenna Goldberg.
A motive hasn't been disclosed. McKenna and Marcotte had served time, but in different prisons.
