Tuesday's tornado warnings and watches across New England have expired, but the storms left thousands without power and cleaning up from the damage.
A microburst was reported by the National Weather Service in Freeport, Maine. The event caused more than 2,500 power outages.
Earlier on Tuesday, a Tornado Warning was issued for part of Essex County, Massachusetts, but it was canceled as the storm moved offshore. Several residents reported seeing massive storm clouds in the area.
