70-Year-Old Vernon Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting 3 Minors: Police

A 70-year-old Vernon man was arrested last week for allegedly sexually assaulting three minors, police said.

David Brown, of Stonewood Terrace, was arrested on warrants charging him in connection to an investigation involving sexual abuse against three victims under the age of 16 years old, Vernon Police said.

The investigation stems from a complaint made to police last August.

In three separate warrants, Brown was charged with 20 counts of sexual assault, 21 counts of illegal sexual contact with a victim under the age of 16 and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Brown's bond was set at $850,000 on the three arrest warrants.

It is not clear if he has an attorney.
