A man is facing sentencing for forcing a 17-year-old girl into prostitution at motels in southern Connecticut.
Brandon Williams is scheduled to be sentenced Monday in federal court in Hartford. He pleaded guilty to sex trafficking of a minor in March and faces 12 to 15 years in prison under sentencing guidelines.
Authorities say Williams bought the girl from another pimp for $500 and advertised her for sex on websites. Police say they found the girl with a tattoo of a dollar sign on her face and another of Williams' nickname, "14K," on her neck.
