A hot air balloon crashed into power lines in Clinton, Massachusetts, injuring five people on board and knocking out power to about 600 homes, NECN reported. Three people were transported to Clinton Hospital for minor cuts and burns, according to the Clinton Fire Department. Two others were treated on scene. Cell phone video captured an explosion as the balloon struck a set of power lines. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
