One person is dead and one person is hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash in Mashpee, Massachusetts, early Monday morning.
Mashpee Police say the crash happened just after midnight on Great Neck Road North.
Both victims were trapped inside and suffered serious injuries.
One victim was med-flighted to Rhode Island Hospital and another victim was taken to Falmouth Hospital. Officials have not confirmed which victim passed away, but say she was a 47-year-old woman.
Officials say the road will be closed indefinitely.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
