Entertainment: Ford Apologizes for ‘distasteful' Kardashian Ad

(NECN) - He won't be stopping in Vegas this time, but Prince Harry is returning to the US. Officials say the 28-year-old will travel across the pond in May, making stops on the east coast, Denver and Colorado Springs. Harry made headlines last summer when he was photographed nude in his Las Vegas hotel room after an alleged game of strip billiards.

Some junk in the trunk has one auto-maker running in reverse. Ford Motor Company is apologizing for what it's now calling a distasteful ad. It features cartoon versions of the Kardashians bound and gagged in the back of a car with Paris Hilton riding shot-gun and was meant to demonstrate the "extra large" trunk space in the Ford Figo. The ad was posted online and has since been pulled.

At the weekend box office, the animated 3D flick "The Croods" debuted in the top spot. It earned $44.7 million. "The Croods" is about a prehistoric family forced to find a new cave and encountering danger and strange creatures. In second place was the action thriller "Olympus Has Fallen" with a strong $30.5 million open. Still holding on is "Oz The Great and Powerful," coming in third with $22 million.

It was 30 years ago that music legend Michael Jackson debuted his signature dance move: the moonwalk. On March 25, 1983, MJ first shimmied backwards across the stage at the Motown 25 taping. Jackson, however, was not the first to use the move, which dates back to 1932.
