(NECN) - The boyfriend of the mother of a missing Fitchburg, Mass. boy is due in court Thursday, set to be arraigned on new charges.
According to the Telegram, Alberto Sierra will be arraigned Thursday on charges of kidnapping of a child and four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Sierra was indicted on the new charges earlier this month.
Sierra remains in custody held without bail.
Elsa Oliver is the mother of five-year-old Jeremiah Oliver. She will be arraigned Friday.
Jeremiah, who was last seen by relatives in September, is feared dead.
