The third suspect police in New Hampshire say was involved in the overdose death of a Rochester teenager appeared before a judge for the first time Wednesday.
Prosecutors say on Oct. 17, Leslie Aberle made a deadly dose of fentanyl-laced heroin available to 17-year-old Eve Tarmey.
Tarmey died of an overdose that day.
Police have charged Tarmey's mother Jazzmyn Rood, her mother's boyfriend, Mark Ross, and Aberle for having a hand in her death.
New court documents show that Rood and Ross were in the Riveria Motel room with Tarmey when she overdosed, and waited about an hour and a half after finding the teen unconscious before they called 911.
Aberle has been charged with several felonies, and is being held on $25,000 cash bail.
