Husband, Wife, Daughter Arrested for Heroin Sales

Lisa and Michael Johnson and their daughter Noelle were all scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday

Three members of a Yarmouth, Massachusetts, family were arrested on heroin sales charges this week.

Lisa and Michael Johnson and their daughter Noelle are charged with possession to distribute heroin and conspiracy to violate state drug laws. All three were scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in Barnstable District Court.

Yarmouth Police executed a search warrant around 8 p.m. Wednesday for a home at 9 Vacation Ave. in West Yarmouth authorizing them to search for heroin and evidence related to the distribution of heroin.

During the search, two plastic baggies containing heroin were recovered from Noelle's bedroom, along with plastic baggies, a cell phone, white powder drug cut and three digital scales. Also recovered from Lisa and Michael's bedroom was a plastic baggie containing heroin, a digital scale, white powder drug cut, folded paper packaging and clear plastic baggies. Noelle, Lisa and Michael Johnson were all located inside the home.

The home at 9 Vacation Lane is the same one where another subject, Jeffrey Michael Laurie, was arrested for heroin distribution just last week.
