Plymouth Police have arrested a 15 year old Plymouth resident with regard to the theft of a ceramic lobster located at Nelson Beach Park.
The lobster itself, stolen on September 3, has not been recovered.
The juvenile is being charged with larceny over $250 and for the malicious destruction of property over $250. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Plymouth District Juvenile Court on September 12th.
Investigations continue as detectives attempt to identify any others involved.
