A man arrested in Malden, Massachusetts, Wednesday for 'upskirting' has been released on personal recognizance.
Authorities said Christopher Molina, 29, upskirted a customer at the Dollar Tree on Broadway at about 4:30 p.m.
The exact details of how Molina was caught are unclear.
'Upskirting' became illegal in Massachusetts back in march of 2014.
It was a swift change to state law that happened just two days after the Supreme Court ruled that Massachusetts' existing laws didn't specifically prohibit secretly taking pictures under a woman's clothing.
The law makes 'upskirting' a misdemeanor.
Molina was ordered to stay away from the victim, witness and the store.
