Police in Berwick, Maine, have arrested a New Hampshire man accused in the hit-and-run death of a service dog.
According to necn affiliate WCSH, Jesse Gosselin, 23, of Dover, has been charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating a vehicle after license suspension.
Police allege Gosselin slowed down after the accident, but drove off knowing his license was suspended and there was a pending warrant for his arrest.
Gosselin provided a full confession and was remorseful, police said.
