A man died in Providence, Rhode Island, on Saturday as result of one of two early morning stabbings in the city.
Police told necn affiliate WJAR that a 27-year-old victim was found behind a pharmacy on Elmwood Avenue around 2 a.m. He had been stabbed multiple times, according to witnesses. The victim was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Around the same time, another stabbing occurred on Broad Street. Police say that victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
