Man Found Dead in House Fire

Officials in Antrim, New Hampshire, say there were no working smoke alarms in a home where a person died in a fire Tuesday night

Officials in Antrim, New Hampshire, say there were no working smoke alarms in a home where a person died in a fire Tuesday night.

Crews responded to the home at 25 Main St. just before midnight for a report of a fire called in by a passerby.

Michael Keating, 74, was found dead on the floor of the home. According to officials, he died of accidental smoke inhalation.

Officials say Keating was the only one home at the time.

Investigators say combustibles being stored near a wood stove caused the fire.
