Authorities raided sellers of knock-off fashion merchandise in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on Saturday.
According to State Police, they worked with Lawrence Police and federal agents from Homeland Security Investigations to investigate and arrest three people charged with selling counterfeit fashion and accessory merchandise.
Troopers arrested Jinwu Wang, 41, of Oakland Gardens, New York; Sheng-Fu Weng, 39, of Flushing, New York; and Sheng-Chao Weng, 37, of Fresh Meadows, New York.
The raid occurred at vendor locations at the Lawrence Flea Market at 85 Manchester Street.
All three men are charged with possession with intent to distribute more than 1,000 items bearing a counterfeit mark.
They were all booked at State Police-Andover and released on bail. They will be arraigned in Lawrence District Court next week.
It is unclear if they have attorneys.
The troopers seized more than 6,000 counterfeit fashion and accessory items in the raid. Were they authentic, the items would have a retail value greater than $1.5 million, police said.
