    Massachusetts Man Who Drowned in Hawaii Identified

    A Massachusetts man who was found dead in Hawaii earlier this month has been identified.

    Using dental records, Hawaiian police identified the victim as 23-year-old Charles Senechal of Bellingham, Massachusetts.

    Senechal's body was pulled from the water about 200 yards from the shore of Green Sands Beach. He was submerged by about 50 feet of water.

    The cause of Senechal's death was determined to be drowning. Foul play is not suspected.

    Police released footage of a mother who said she accidentally left her 5-month-old in a car for half an hour in a Goodyear, Arizona, parking lot when she, her sister and other daughter went into the store. Officers are heard on camera saying it was about 99 degrees outside.

    Senechal had last been seen walking along Green Sand Beach, where his belongings were left.
