Naked Airport Attack Suspect to Remain on House Arrest

The judge agreed with prosecutors that Cameron Shenk should remain on house arrest in Boston

A Boston man accused of removing his clothes at Logan Airport, falling naked through the ceiling of a women's bathroom, then assaulting an elderly man will remain on house arrest.

Cameron Shenk, 26, was due in court Tuesday. He was previously arraigned on several charges, including attempted murder, assault and battery on a person over 60, and lewd and lascivious conduct.

The judge agreed with prosecutors that he should remain on house arrest in Boston. His family lives in Utah.

According to police, Shenk went into the restroom, removed his clothes and climbed into the drop ceiling. Then, police say, he fell through the ceiling and ran from the restroom "naked and bleeding."

After he left the restroom, police say Shenk attacked the victim, who was seriously injured and transported to the hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Shenk was released without bail earlier this month.

In exchange, he's been subject to random drugs test and GPS monitoring and has undergone mental health evaluations.
