Joshua Gebo, 30, faces numerous charges, including arson and domestic violence

A New Hampshire man is facing multiple charges after allegedly setting clothing on fire during a domestic violence incident over the weekend.

Concord police arrested 30-year-old Joshua Gebo of Concord and Franklin on Sunday evening on charges of arson, domestic violence, reckless conduct, false imprisonment, criminal mischief, criminal threatening and endangering the welfare of a child.

Officers responded to a call shortly after 5 p.m. at 173 Loudon Rd. in Concord for a report of a possible domestic dispute. The ensuing investigation revealed that Gebo refused to allow two victims — one of whom is a baby — to leave the residence, using furniture and his body to obstruct the doorways. Gebo allegedly set fire to clothing within the residence, which is within an apartment complex occupied by others. Gebo also destroyed the adult victim's phone during the incident.

Gebo, who was already on probation, was arrested on the scene for an unrelated warrant in the Merrimack Superior Court.
