A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle Thursday afternoon in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Police say an adult was struck around 2:45 p.m.
The driver, Fitchburg Police confirm, remained on the scene.
The victim's gender and condition were not immediately known.
