Police have arrested a suspect in an alleged indecent exposure incident that happened a week earlier in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
Amilcar Antonio Rivas-Rivera, 26, of Framingham, was taken into custody without incident at Uno Pizzeria & Grill on Worcester Road in Framingham around 8 p.m. Friday.
Sudbury police thanked Lincoln police for helping to develop a sketch of the suspect, which they said furthered their investigation.
The alleged incident took place around 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 28 in the parking lot of a Shaw's on Boston Post Road, near an ATM kiosk. A female victim said she had seen a man parked in a vehicle next to hers. He allegedly had his pants down and was touching his genitals in a sexual manner, police said.

Police said Rivas-Rivera did not make verbal or physical contact with the victim, who drove away.
Rivas-Rivera is charged with open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior. His bail has been set at $15,000, and he remains in custody.
Rivas-Rivera was arraigned Monday in Framingham District Court. He was allowed to stand behind a door as the prosecutor read the charges against him.
In court, prosecutors said Rivas-Rivera was arrested in March at the Natick Mall after he allegedly was masturbating in his car and following a woman. In May, he was arrested after allegedly fighting with a knife at a restaurant. In October, he was accused of exposing himself at Ashland State Park.
His attorney, June Jensen, says he's innocent of the charges.
