Police in Little Compton, Rhode Island, are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 39-year-old man who was last seen in the coastal Rhode Island town on Tuesday morning.
The search for Michael Godles came up empty over the weekend. Police say Godles' family believes he is without medication that he needs to take for an undisclosed medical condition.
Godles was reportedly last seen by his mother Tuesday in a wooded area behind the West Main Road home that they share. He was reported missing on Friday.
Members of Rhode Island State Police's K-9 units scoured the surrounding area on Saturday along with Little Compton police and fire. A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter was also called to assist in searching approximately 500 acres of woodland for Godles.
