Police Find Man Wanted on Child Pornography Charges

State police said they have found a 21-year-old Hartford man wanted on child pornography charges.

Detectives in the Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit and Hartford police searched the South Street home of Tyler Kozak, 21, on April 23 after obtaining a search and seizure warrant in an ongoing child pornography investigation and seized laptops, memory devices, a cell phone, a tablet and 8-millimeter tape, police said. 

During forensic analysis, police found what the suspected to be child pornography and obtained a warrant  on Sept. 9, charging him with possession of child pornography and promoting a minor in an obscene performance.

Police said information from the public helped find him.
