    (NECN) - Santa and Mrs. Claus may not be the best nutritional role models, but they could improve things a bit with help from our next guest.

    Jacqui Bryan is a registered nurse and health coach.

    So what are the foods that are naughty and nice? Jacqui's made a list and it's up to us to check it more than twice!

    Drinks:
    NAUGHTY: 1 CUP EGG NOG /340 CALORIES, 20 GRAMS FAT
    NICE: 1 CUP RED WINE / 200 CALORIES, 0 GRAMS FAT

    Main dish:
    NAUGHTY: 3 OUNCES ROAST BEEF / 220 CALORIES, 18 GRAMS FAT
    NICE:3 OUNCES WHITE MEAT TURKEY/120 CALORIES, 1 GRAM FAT

    Side dish:
    NAUGHTY: I CUP MASHED POTATOES/237 CALORIES, 9 GRAMS FAT
    NICE: BAKED POTATO / 163 CALORIES, 0 GRAM FAT

    Dessert:
    NAUGHTY:1 SLICE PECAN PIE/530 CALORIES, 29 GRAMS FAT
    NICE:1 CUP FRUIT/80 CALORIES, 2 GRAMS FAT

    General tips:

    Avoid the food table. Eat off a smaller plate. Take one helping only, and remember nobody is perfect.
