A woman somehow got her head wedged in the subway doors at the last stop in the Bronx earlier this week — and once the video was posted on Instagram, it went viral as outraged New Yorkers blasted people who didn’t stop to help.

Authorities in Worcester, Massachusetts responded to a Worcester Regional Transit Authority bus that somehow got stuck in a ditch Wednesday morning.
The Worcester Fire Department said the driver of the bus was evaluated at the scene. It is unclear if they suffered any injuries and firefighters would not say if any passengers were on the bus.

Crews were working Tuesday to rescue a stranded whale off the coast of Massachusetts. WJAR reported the whale was stranded at Hoppy’s Landing in Fairhaven. A stretcher and pontoons will reportedly be used to try to free the whale.

Crews are working to a remove a tractor-trailer Friday morning that was stuck on the Massachusetts Turnpike turnaround in Boston’s Allston neighborhood. The incident happened on the westbound side of the turnpike and blocked traffic for motorists trying to pass through.
