(NECN/KTVZ) - Authorities have found a California man who was swept out to sea while trying to take pictures of last month's tsunami.
The body of 25-year-old Dustin Douglas Weber washed ashore in Oregon, nearly 400 miles away.
It's an amazing testament to the power of the ocean and a sad closure for Weber's family.
