Burst of Snow Sticks to Roads in Parts of New England

(NECN: Alysha Palumbo - Charlton, MA) - The Groundhog was right, winter isn't going anywhere.

New England is seeing some snow on Tuesday morning and the timing is making the morning commute a little tricky.

So how's all this snow affecting people trying to get to work?

NECN reporter Alysha Palumbo is along the Mass Pike with the latest.

Meteorologist Matt Noyes on Tuesday is calling for snow, moderate to heavy at times.

This will be mixed with rain along the south coast of New England where accumulations of either side of 2" are likely.

A general 6"-8" will fall north of the Mass Pike, with locally higher amounts in Essex County, MA and Rockingham County, NH where 12" may fall.
