Tracking the Tropics: Late Season Surge in the Atlantic

After a lull in activity, the Tropical Atlantic is heating up again!  Three disturbances are being monitored, with the potential for two, in particular, to become tropical storms Shary and Tomas by the weekend if they continue to ramp up.
