(NECN: R.D. Sahl) - Waters are rising at one of the nation's most historic battle sites. The Concord River is quickly rising near North Bridge in Concord, Mass. Flood waters have already risen on to one of the approaches to the Minuteman Statue at North Bridge, and forecasters warn there is more high water to come.
But the rain and water made for a picturesque scene Tuesday morning. NECN anchor R.D. Sahl captured some video of a landmark in the rain.
