Police: 2 found dead in Haverhill, Mass., park

(NECN: Josh Brogadir, Haverhill, Mass.) - Haverhill, Mass., police say two bodies have been found in Winnekenni Park on Wednesday.

Police say they were called to the scene around 1 p.m., but aren't saying much otherwise. Police have blocked off roads to the scene at Winnekenni Castle, a popular place in the area. Haverhill police will not say if the scene is a murder-suicide or a double homicide.

According to helicopter footage, it seems police were focusing on two vehicles - one being an out-of-state SUV.

Meanwhile, residents out for a walk say the scene is unsettling. Josh Brogadir has more.
