(NECN) - We're now 42 days from Election 2012, and a question on many people's mind is whether President Barack Obama, who enjoyed much of the youth vote in 2008, will benefit from them yet again.

Who better to talk about the youth vote than young people in politics?

Dylan Hayre, a 26-year-old Democrat and recent Boston College law graduate, and Caroline Shinkle, a 19-year-old Republican and current sophomore at MIT, talk about why they think Obama or GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney will carry this year's youth vote.
