(NECN: Jennifer Eagan, Plaistow, N.H.) - Lynn, Mass. police issued an alert for a Plaistow, N.H. couple accused of abusing a little boy.

Meanwhile, N.H. authorities once again upgraded the charges against Jessica Linscott and Roland Dow on Wednesday as 3-year-old James remains in the hospital.

The BOLO in Lynn was issued for a red, late-90s style Volvo with green bumper stickers and a luggage rack on top of the vehicle, which the witness said was at the Honey Dew on Weston Avenue.

Jennifer Eagan has more on the story in the attached video.
