(NECN) - The Boston Celtics are in a tough spot for game three tomorrow in Chicago. Kevin Garnett is expected to remain on the sidelines, but now he will be joined by Leon Powe, who is out for the year.
Help may be on the way, from an unlikely source. Forward Brian Scalabrine who is recovering from concussions, practiced with the team Wednesday. He has played just 60 minutes since January 25.
Although Scalabrine is a good defender, he doesn't match up physically with the Bulls big men. Coach Doc Rivers says they aren't sure what they are going to get from him, but they have no choice.
NECN's Mike Giardi and Chris Collins preview Scalabrine's come back, and discuss whether or not he can help the Celtics make it past the Bulls.
