Boston City Council voted to ban a parking app that allowed users to sell their parking space to other drivers.

Boston Business Journal managing editor Craig Douglas said it's a bit of a silly story.

"When the city council finally looked at this, they said 'No, I don't think we're going to let you do that, we have parking meters that do that already,'" he said.

Douglas also talks about a building's makeover and his love letter to the City of Marlborough.
