Mass. Teen Seriously Injured in NH 3-Car Crash

The crash occured at Main Street and Geremonty Street

A Massachusetts teen was seriously injured Friday morning in a three-car crash in Salem, New Hampshire.

Police say 19-year-old Merrimac resident Shamus Mitchell's Nissan Pathfinder crossed onto the wrong side of Main Street and hit an Infiniti driven by 21-year-old Adriana Lonardo of Salem, New Hampshire, and a Dodge Ram driven by 49-year-old William Poirier of Pelham.

All three people were transported to Massachusetts hospitals. Mitchell was taken to Lawrence General Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Lonardo and Poirier were both treated for minor injuries and released from Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.

Officials closed the road for several hours.
