(NECN) - Boston Public Schools are back in action and officials there are launching a new program to crackdown on bullying.
The district is implementing a new system this school year where parents and students can report bullying via text.
The automated system is an extension of the school's hotline which is already in place.
Students or parents can send a text to 617-765-7125 and the automated system will engage the user in a series of questions to gather information to report for further investigation.
