(NECN) - The custody case over Red Sox Broadcaster Jerry Remy's granddaughter returns to family court in Cambridge, Mass. Tuesday.
Remy's son, Jared, is behind bars, accused of killing the girl's mother, Jennifer Martel, last year.
Remy and his wife are fighting the Martel family for custody of five-year-old Arianna.
The little girl has been living with a foster family since the murder.
