(NECN) - Police have arrested a man in connection with a murder in Manchester, Conn. in March.
Thirty-nine-year-old Benjamin Thibodeau is charged with murder in the death of Bienvenido Tosado at the Manchester Inn.
This is the second arrest in the case. Police have also arrested 20-year-old Lorenzo Hernandez.
