A runaway cow trampled a Westford, Massachusetts, resident on Monday, leaving the individual injured and in need of treatment.
The homeowners at the residence on Texas Road own several cows. It's unclear as to how the cow was able to break loose, police say.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with concussion-like symptoms. Officials aren't revealing the identity of the person who was injured at this time.
Westford's police lieutenant says he's never seen anything like this in his 18 years on the job.
