Car Crashes Through Glass Window at Somerville, Massachusetts, Hospital

Somerville Police say the driver was treated at the scene and no one inside the hospital was injured

The driver was injured after a vehicle drove through a plate glass window at a hospital's emergency room entrance in Somerville, Massachusetts, Monday afternoon, police said.

Police say the driver, an elderly woman, was treated at Somerville Hospital's ER and was the only person in the vehicle; no one inside or outside of hspital was injured.

According to police, the car went through a plate glass window at Somerville Hospital's emergency room entrance where people sit and wait for treatment.

An inspector is checking out damage to the building.
