Police in Nashua, New Hampshire, arrested a convicted felon in a Domino's Pizza parking lot Monday night.

Around 5:30 p.m., police responded to the Domino's Pizza at 99 Northeastern Blvd. after a man reported that he got into a physical altercation with another man over a parking dispute. During this time, the suspect, later identified as 47-year-old Eugene Robinson, allegedly brandished a knife and threatened the victim. Eventually, the victim was able to seek refuge in his vehicle and leave the area.

On scene, officers recovered a folding knife from Robinson and arrested him. He was charged with one count of criminal threatening, and was later determined to be a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing dangerous weapons.

Robinson was released on $500 bail pending his arraignment in court on March 5.
