A Vermont man, who is accused in the death of his two-year-old stepdaughter, is back in jail after violating court-ordered conditions.

After an investigation, 32-year-old Dennis Duby was taken into custody on March 12. Police were notified through an anonymous tip on Jan. 18.

Duby has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Dezirae Sheldon.
