    Vermont State Police say they have arrested a Washington man for his 18th offense for driving on a suspended driver's license.

    Robert Benson, 43, is criminally suspended for a 2003 DUI and other offenses. He was pulled over in Berlin Tuesday morning after an officer noticed him behind the wheel.

    He has been arrested for 17 prior suspended license offences dating back to 1994.

    He was released on a citation to appear in court on Sept. 29.
