A Massachusetts man has been arrested for a string of car breaks in Concord.
Police were called to Elm and River streets on Friday for a report of a suspicious person wearing a yellow shirt, carrying a trash bag and going into people's cars.
After seeing the person that matched the description, William Carey Easterday, 21, of Concord, was taken into custody.
Easterday was charged with seven counts of breaking and entering a vehicle and six counts of larceny.
He is expected to be arraigned Monday in Concord District Court.
Police said Easterday may be connected to other car breaks in the area.
