A New Hampshire man is charged with two counts of domestic violence after assaulting his ex-girlfriend and swinging an axe at her.
Christopher Mainguy, 37, of 7 Hanover St., Apt. C, in Nashua, was taken into custody early Wednesday.
Mainguy allegedly grabbed his ex by her wrists and face, and damaged some of her property. He also swung a brush axe at her, nearly striking her.
The woman sustained minor injuries that did not require medical attention.
Mainguy is being held on $10,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment.
