A Massachusetts horse was returned safely on Saturday morning after it somehow escaped from its home.
The horse was seen wandering down the Massachusetts Turnpike in Charlton, between exits 10 and 9, on the westbound side.
Two state troopers escorted the horse off the highway and took it home.
It's unclear where the horse came from or how it made its way onto the turnpike.
