    A Vermont man was clocked traveling 117 MPH in the town of Westminster on Saturday.

    Around 5:37 p.m., police stopped the car on Interstate 91 near mile marker 26.

    The operator, 20-year-old Justin Boudro, was determined to have consumed intoxicants. He was issued a citation for excessive speed and an underage drinking offence.

    Boudro will be in court on Oct. 27.
